All prices on our site are per single curtain panel. Therefore, please specify sizes for single panels in your order. To purchase a pair, please select a quantity of two when checking out.
We do not require the measurements of your window, frame, pole, or track. Please provide the exact finished dimensions you would like for your curtain panels.
For non-pinch, ‘hand-gathered’ styles of drapes - such as grommet tops or flat panel tops - we suggest 2x fullness for your curtains. This means the total width of your drapery should be double the length of your pole, to allow your drapery to gather into rich pleats. As an example, if your pole measures 60 inches, we recommend purchasing ‘two’ 60-inch panels or one 120-inch panel to ensure a rich, full look.
Pinch pleat panels come with fullness ‘pre-stitched’ into their headers. For these styles, we recommend adding an additional 8-12 inches to your measurements to account for side returns (if applicable) and center-overlap. For instance, if your pole measures 60 inches, we suggest ordering a single pinch pleat panel of 65-70 inches or two panels of 32-35 inches each for optimal coverage and fullness. This measure can vary based on the type of hardware used.
Most fabric bolts come in standard widths of 54 inches. Therefore, non-pinch drapes measuring more than 48 inches width, and pinch pleated drapes measuring more than 22 inches will likely have vertical seams to achieve the required width.

Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to provide exact dispatch dates for our orders. However, once your order shipment is collected by FedEx/ DHL, you will receive a dispatch notification email with tracking details to follow its journey home.

Curtains, Roman Shades, Valances, Bed & Dining Linens: Most window treatments and dining/ bed linen orders are targeted for dispatch within three weeks of date of order, though we are able to ship out many orders ahead of schedule. We use DHL or FedEx with a typical transit time of 3-7 days.
Curtains/ Roman Shades with Trims: Some window dressings with trims *may* take up to six weeks as many of our trimmings are sourced from Turkey & London, thereby adding to our processing timeline in some instances.
Swatches & Fabrics by Yard: Fabric samples and fabrics bought by yard are typically delivered within 7-10 days of order.
Accessories: We do *not* sell small accessories such as pillow covers, dining placemats, or tie backs standalone. These are sold and dispatched only as part of larger window treatment orders. Please see above for applicable timelines accordingly.

Image colors can vary based on individual screen settings, so we highly recommend ordering fabric swatches before placing an order for window treatments. We do not accept returns or refunds based on feedback on color variation between site images and actual fabrics, especially if samples are not ordered in advance.
Our roman shades include all necessary mounting hardware, but we rely on buyers to ensure compatibility of our hardware with their space. We do not accept returns based on hardware-compatibility related issues.
For inside-mounted shades, we deduct 10mm from the width specified in the order to ensure a proper fit inside a window recess, as outlined in our Measurement Guide. Returns are not accepted on account of this industry-standard deduction on our part.
On rare occasions, where we may have made a mistake, we do accept returns on a case-by-case basis, provided any discrepancy is communicated via email within five business days of delivery.
In case of a cancellation, we issue a 100% refund only if the cancellation request is received before any work has started. If production has started, only the remaining value of the order after deducting costs incurred up to that point can be refunded. Once an order is ready, cancellations for refunds are no longer possible.

How many drapery pins and rings will I need to hang my drapes?
- The number of rings and drapery pins required depends on the heading style and total width of your drapes. On pinch pleat panels, our pleats are sewn at intervals of 3-4 inches, and we recommend one pin behind each pinch. On non-pinch panels - such as our flat panel tops - we recommend inserting drapery pins (approximately) every 6 inches, though this may need some adjustment based on the width of your panels in relation to the length of the pole. How much space do the curtains need when gathered to the sides?
- Drapery stacking width can vary depending on heading style, fabric, lining, and how tightly the curtains are gathered. Since so many factors come into play, it is not possible to arrive at an exact, precise figure. As a general guideline, casual styles like grommet tops, rod pocket tops and flat panels stack at around 10–12% of the total panel width, while pinch pleats tend to stack at 15–20%. Remember, your drapes need space to strut their stuff - even when gathered - so do plan your hardware accordingly!
How wide should my drapes be if I only want them to frame the window?
- Decorative panels - even if they don’t need to offer full coverage to the window - should look proportionate to the span of the window. Big picture windows appreciate wider framing panels to match the grand proportions, while narrower panels may serve beautifully on a small kitchen window. As a general guideline, we recommend a minimum width of 48 inches for casual header drapes, and 20 inches for pinch pleat drapes. In both cases, you can expect the panels to cover 20 inches of pole space. If you’d like your framing panels to cover more or less of the pole when stacked, you can specify the panel width accordingly, taking into account our detailed guidance in the Drapery Measurement Guide.
What is the shipping timeline for your orders?
- Be assured we won’t keep your windows waiting long. While many workrooms take 6-8 weeks to process drapes and shades, most of our orders reach their forever homes within 3-4 weeks, making us one of the fastest studios in the industry. If you order samples or fabrics by the yard, they reach within 7-10 days. As soon as your order shipment leaves our studio, we’ll share a tracking link so you can follow its journey home. What is your return policy?
- Since our curtains and roman shades are custom-made to clients’ bespoke specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been put under production. To make sure you’re confident in your choices, we recommend ordering (free) fabric samples first. That way, you can see and feel the fabric before moving ahead with your final purchase.
