  • What is the shipping timeline for your orders?

    • Fabrics by the yard typically get delivered within 7-10 days of placing an order. Handstitched drapes and shades take a little longer, and usually arrive within 3-4 weeks. Rest assured, as soon as your order shipment leaves our studio, we’ll share a tracking link so you can follow its journey home.   • Can I request fabric samples before placing my final order?

    • Yes, of course! Swatches are a wonderful way of ‘meeting’ our fabrics before you make a commitment. Browse our Fabric Samples, select the fabrics you’d like to audition, and we’ll send them to you free of charge.

  • Can I order fabric cut to the exact length I need?

    • So sorry to disappoint but afraid we do not cut and/or sell fabrics in fractional lengths (such as half yards or quarter yards) or to exact custom measurements. Our fabrics are sold in whole yards only. 

  • Do you offer fabrics in extra-wide sizes?

    • Most of our fabrics come in fixed, industry-standard bolt width of 54 inches, which cannot be changed. If you need a larger (horizontal) width fabric for a project, it will require multiple bolts to be sewn together. The length (i.e. the vertical span) - on the other hand - poses no such constraints since length comes ‘off the fabric roll’.

  • What is your return policy?

    • Once fabric has been cut off the roll, it’s not possible for us to cancel, return or refund an order. Similarly, since articles such as our curtains and shades are custom-made to clients’ bespoke specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been put under production. To make sure you’re confident in your choices, we recommend ordering (free) fabric samples first. That way, you can see and feel the fabric before moving ahead with your final purchase.
