- Our wallpapers are delightfully old-school (much like us). They are non-pasted and applied with adhesive (not included, but hardly a wild goose chase to get) on the paper. What that really means is that this is not your ‘peel and pray’ situation where once you apply the wallpaper, there’s no room to correct its position. Instead, with our wallpapers, you can align, adjust and be forgiven.
- Committed but not clingy, our wallpapers also know the art of letting go just as gracefully as holding on to your walls. So, whenever you want to remove the wallpaper, it peels off in full sheets, leaving your walls undamaged as it found them. No residue, no traumatic goodbyes, just good memories and clean looks!
- Our wallpapers do have a type. They love partnering with smooth, well-prepped walls and/or wooden/ MDF panels that have been painted or primed and given at least five days to settle in. A little patience here goes a long way.

Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to provide exact dispatch dates for our orders. However, once your order shipment is collected by FedEx/ DHL, you will receive a dispatch notification email with tracking details to follow its journey home.
- Curtains, Roman Shades, Valances, Bed & Dining Linens: Most window treatments and dining/ bed linen orders are targeted for dispatch within three weeks of date of order, though we are able to ship out many orders ahead of schedule. We use DHL or FedEx with a typical transit time of 3-7 days.
- Curtains/ Roman Shades with Trims: Some window dressings with trims *may* take up to six weeks as many of our trimmings are sourced from Turkey & London, thereby adding to our processing timeline in some instances.
- Swatches & Fabrics by Yard: Fabric samples and fabrics bought by yard are typically delivered within 7-10 days of order.
- Accessories: If ordered standalone, accessories such as pillow covers, runners, table covers, dining placemats, and tiebacks are dispatched within 10 days of the date of order. If ordered alongside window treatments, they are shipped altogether in line with the window treatments dispatch timeline.

- Since every product at Sewn is handstitched to bespoke specifications, our products are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchange or cancellations by default.
- Image colors can vary based on individual screen settings, so we highly recommend ordering fabric swatches before placing an order for window treatments. We do not accept returns or refunds based on feedback on color variation between site images and actual fabrics, especially if samples are not ordered in advance.
- Our roman shades include all necessary mounting hardware, but we rely on clients to ensure compatibility of our hardware with their space. We do not accept returns based on hardware-compatibility related issues.
- For inside-mounted shades, we deduct 10mm from the width specified in the order to ensure a proper fit inside a window recess, and to prevent the shade from rubbing and fraying against surfaces. Returns are not accepted on account of this industry-standard deduction on our part.
- On rare occasions, where we may have made a mistake, we do accept returns on a case-by-case basis, provided any discrepancy is communicated via email within five business days of delivery.
- In case of a cancellation, we issue a 100% refund only if the cancellation request is received before any work has started. If production has started, only the remaining value of the order after deducting costs incurred up to that point can be refunded. Once an order is ready, cancellations for refunds are no longer possible.
